FLUID END PARTS
What are Fluid End Components For?
Fluid end parts basically come in a variety of options each being equally effective. Some of the fluid end parts are as follows,
Fluid end expendable Piston Hubs
Fluid end Piston Hubs are manufactured from AISI5140 artificial alloy steel that are heat treated, there on they are machined on modern CNC Lathed to precise the dimensions of the parts. Parts convene all the inclusive API tolerances and diverse temperature measures.
Parts of Components: End Parts and Piston Rods
An entire line of piston rods is accessible for various kinds of pumps. Parts of these kinds are created and finished using forged alloy steel in combination with thermal refining treatment. End parts treatment of these kind results in the exceptional perfunctory feature available in both duplex and triplex. End pistons are prepared using strong and sturdy rubber for all kinds of pressures, on hand in both the single and double stand-in in sizes of most kinds of pumps.
Fluid Liners
Fluid Liners are designed to go in sync with most of the types of mud pumps. Both the triplex and duplex forms are available with Hy-chrome iron liner, Cr-plated liner and hardened steel liner.
Parts of Pumps: Hy-chrome Mud Pump Liner
Fluid end parts of this kind are made with a high chrome iron sleeve that is forged in a hull of steel. The rigidity of the bore is 60 to 67 Rockwell Scales. Parts of the hull comprise of elevated tensile strength that exceeds 90000psi. Parts combining the uniqueness of chrome with distinct manufacturing, the liners are able to survive mud pressure of up to 7000psi. End of such Hy-chrome liners sometimes exceed more than 800 hours. The service-life of these is worth mentioning.
