SENATOR Chris Adighije has dissociated himself from a congratulatory message rejoicing with Senator Nkechi Nwaogu on the conferment on her of the national honours of Commander of the Order of the Niger, CON.
Senator Adighije, a former member of the Senate and member representing Abia State in the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, RMAFC, told Vanguard, “I know nothing of that advert and my attention has just been drawn to it.”
He added,“That publication bearing my name was not authored by me, it did not originate from me. It is strange to me, the language is not my language and whoever did that did not act on my mandate and as such I wholly reject the publication.”
