2015: CAN, PFN to hold prayers for Nigeria

BENIN CITY— FOLLOWING what it described as the tensed political environment in the country ahead of the 2015 general elections and the killings of innocent Nigerians by the Boko Haram sect in the North East part of the country, Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, and Pentecostal Fellowship of the Nigeria, PFN, have concluded plans to hold an inter-denominational service in Benin City.

The event, tagged, ‘The great Christian Festival, will kick off November 27.

Catholic Arch Bishop of Benin, Arch Bishop Augustine Akubueze, President of PFN, Rev.Dr Felix Omobude, Edo State Chairman of CAN, Rt Rev. Peter Imasuen, Bishop Fred Addo, Bishop Mon Igbinosa, Rev. Father Alfred Agbonlahon, and many others, are expected at the event.
